Project is about “Satellite City” in Chroy Changvar district, Phnom Penh.
This district currently has many problems such as: roads network, water pollution,
garbages and especially Informal Settlements -etc-. Our first step is survey and
analyse the situation around site and make an existing plan. And then, we will create
a whole new masterplan, new landscape design to make Chroy Changvar better.
